10-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY (ALL PURCHASES EXCHANGES ONLY)
PH Collection takes pride in on our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. We offer an exchange policy ONLY within 10 days of purchase on all products (excluding Clearance, Special discounted items and Custom Orders which are FINAL SALES NO EXCHANGE OPTION). We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment before leaving our international factory, and double-checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality. Exchanges are only honored with product that has NOT been tampered with, seal broken, hair washed, hair dyed or any other alterations to the hair that would not allow for resell.
Important: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as desired. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Show it to your stylist for a second opinion.
- Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.
- You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange. In order to process an exchange, the unwanted product would need to be sent back to PHC Office at 3565 Piedmont Rd NE, Building 3 Suite 710, Atlanta, Georgia 30305. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
If you receive wrong product, length or color that was different than selected on your order please call (866) 949-4PHC for a customer service rep to exchange your product for the correct item.
- We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
We only accept exchanges on hair products that have not been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all exchange policies are voided. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packaging. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.
Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 upon receipt. The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. All exchanges must be sent within 10 days of receiving product based on the delivery provider’s confirmation of receipt.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller’s shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, Goods shall be packaged according to Seller’s standards and practices.
PH Collection offers Fed Ex Ground Sign on Delivery Shipping. The following provisions will apply to the vendor of choice.
- FedEx Product(s)will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of order; if the order is placed by 12:00 Noon EST. Orders will be processed, picked up and sent to customer within 7 business days of approved order – This excludes back-orders.
- Back-Orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship to customer. If international shipping is delayed, Seller will contact buyer to advise of any delays.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via Fed Ex to the address you
provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee Fed Ex charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please call us immediately at 1-866-949- 4PHC. We will contact Fed Ex right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent. If the package was delivered and stolen or damaged through no fault of Fed Ex; PHC is not responsible for these unfortunate circumstances. Therefore, we highly recommend buyers sending package to addresses that will allow a personal delivery to buyer and/or someone trustworthy is available to except the package.
Perfect Hair International LLC, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
All order cancellations must occur by 2pm on the day in which an order is placed on perfecthaircollection.com. Orders cancelled with the same business day after 2 pm will incur a fee of $15.00 dollars that will be applied to restock the item(s) purchased.
